How much does cosmetic dentistry cost?

Perfect Practices

We believe that investing in your smile is worthwhile.

At Perfect Practices, our highly experienced cosmetic dentists take time to get to know our patients and their concerns and transform people’s smiles, as well as their confidence.

To break down the costs of cosmetic dentistry, we must first look at the different types of treatments available to patients.

There is a difference in price between getting a single tooth replaced or a full set of porcelain veneers, however, each treatment will be delivered with the same level of care and expertise.

What types of treatments are available to me?

At our clinics, our talented cosmetic dentists offer a full range of services, from teeth whitening and straightening to bridges, dentures and veneers.

Whether you’d like to spruce up your teeth or a full smile makeover, we are here to help. More.

Is there a set rate for different treatments?

As we offer a bespoke, personalised service for each of our patients, we are unable to provide a set rate for treatments.

For example, you may require pre-treatment surgery for more major teeth replacement options. Dental implants require a solid bone structure to be fitted securely.

During your initial consultation, we will assess your oral health and check to see whether your jaw bone can support dental implants.

It may be that bone regeneration treatment is needed to stabilise the structure of your jaw bone.

Does insurance cover cosmetic dentistry?

Insurance only tends to cover treatments related to oral health and does not usually cover cosmetic dentistry. It is important to check the details of any insurance policy before considering treatment.

How much should I be prepared to spend on cosmetic dentistry?

While we are not able to provide exact prices, for the reasons explained above, we can provide estimates.

We offer teeth whitening services from £249 for those who find their teeth have become strained due to smoking, drinking coffee and/or red wine, or through ageing.

For veneers, you can expect to pay from £999, however, this will vary depending on the types of veneers you choose. Porcelain veneers are the most common type of veneers, lasting from 15-20 years.

Dentures cost from £750, however, if you need an entire row of teeth replaced, you can save time and hassle by choosing all-on-4 dentures.

This involves replacing an entire row of teeth using a realistic bridge of four, five or six dental implants. Crowns cost from £749 and bridges from £749 per unit.

Dental implants involve a surgical procedure, which, as mentioned previously, may involve pre-treatment surgery, depending on the stability of your jaw bone. Implant placements cost from £1,250.
